Casey Anthony is pushing for her trial to be moved out of Orange County because she and her lawyers feel that she won't get a free trial there. This is, of course, regarding the civil suit against her involving Zenaida Gonzalez. Gonzalez is suing 'Tot Mom' for defamation over the lies that were told when little Caylee Anthony went missing.
It's well known by now that Zenaida didn't abduct Caylee, so why is this civil suit even an issue? Furthermore, what difference does it make what county this trial is held in, when Casey Anthony is one of the most hated people in the world? It wouldn't matter if she had her trial on the moon. Everyone knows who she is and knows what she has done and any jury that hears what this case is regarding and the evidence against her isn't going to make a ruling based on where the members live.
The lawyer representing Gonzalez believes that Anthony's lawyers are just trying to delay the trial -- and that's probably correct. At the end of the month it will be decided as to whether or not the venue for this trial will be changed, but hopefully their request is denied. It's just frivolous and seems like a ploy to slow things down and clog up the works.
Watch the video below of Jane Velez-Mitchell and her panel of experts as they hammer out the details of this case and discuss whether or not Casey should be forced to return back to the courthouse where she was found 'not guilty' of the murder of her child.

The only winner will be the attorney(s) in the payment by the county of mandatory fees for defending Ms. Anthony. The big looser will the Florida justice system which will be required to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a ridiculous trial.
