The body of Cristyna Watson is believed to have been discovered outside of Cloquet, Minnesota—making her mother's worst fears a brutal reality. The body of a woman matching the missing woman's description was reportedly found on a property in the area off a rural road on Thursday. They say the circumstances surrounding her death are suspicious—so does that mean she was killed?
Was missing woman Cristyna Watson murdered? The police department said that the body found was part of a missing persons case but wouldn't clarify on the information other than that. They are pending identification and autopsy results to determine where to go in the case.
Cristyna went missing nearly a month ago, so it's a shame that one of the first updates in her disappearance comes with the possibility of her body being found. The missing woman certainly didn't deserve whatever it was that happened to her—and hopefully investigators can figure out who is responsible, if anyone, so justice can be served and closure delivered.
