Person of Interest in Justin Kowalczik's Death...

After the body of Justin Kowalczik was found, his mother's boyfriend, Robert Rodriguez, has been named a person of interest.

Justin's body was found last Wednesday, buried in the backyard of the family's Farmingdale home. A child welfare check started the chain of events leading up to finding the boy, who should have been 3 years old now. According to his mother, Heather Kowalczik, he died in the summer of 2010, when he was 17 months old. His cause of death is not yet known, as autopsy reports are still pending, and no charges have been filed.

Shockingly, Robert Rodriguez's attorney says his client is hanging onto his right to remain silent in this case, refusing to speak to investigators or aid in any way in the investigation. One could almost say this makes him look very guilty of some wrong-doing. If it were an accident or something of that sort, why wouldn't you report the death? You could ask Casey Anthony. Without her mother's nagging, Caylee's disappearance may not have been noticed, either.

The facts of this case will be interesting to know. Like, what happened to little Justin? And what would make a person hide this? Just a guess, soon enough, the details will be released and someone will pay for the life taken from this innocent baby.
