The estranged husband of Aneta Marsek claims that the woman vanished voluntarily with their children. However, there doesn't appear to be any parental abduction alerts, and the police are searching for her as though she and the children are missing together. If Aneta did run off on her own, why? Well for starters, the woman allegedly has a history of running off like this.
Dan Marsek is the strained husband of the missing woman and he claims that she has run off like this at least three other times this year. He also claims that she ran off with another man and that she is trying to keep their children from him.
Dan Marsek sure does seem to be in a rather bitter and accusatory mode toward the missing woman, who has shown absolutely no activity on her cellphone or other accounts since she was last seen by family. One would figure he would be a bit more concerned about the possibility that something bad happened to her -- unless he just doesn't care. And if he doesn't care, why not?
Detectives have searched lake areas for Aneta Marsek, but to no result. They have searched areas between Marsek's parents' home and her own home and have found nothing. This is really shaping up to be a perplexing case and it's hopeful that investigators are keeping open minds with this one. Keeping their eyes peeled on any potential suspects is very important.
