A small wooden cross has been located by officials, and they are investigating any possible connections to the 10-year-old slain Westminster girl, Jessica Ridgeway. Could the cross belong to her killer, her, or someone totally unrelated to this crime?
Investigators have been scrambling to solve this case since the day the girl vanished while walking to school just nearly two weeks ago. When her dismembered remains showed up in Arvada, a few miles away from where she vanished in Westminster, the community set into a panic. That panic has not subsided, so with every strange detail uncovered or item found, it's being connected to the girl's tragic case.
However, how many of these latest finds are really even connected to the disappearance and murder of Jessica Ridgeway? What if the wooden cross found by police isn't even connected to her case at all? What if this crime is absolutely isolated, contrary to the warnings made by FBI experts?
Hopefully some questions are answered soon in this case before it goes cold.
