After confessing to the murder of Jessica Ridgeway, it's believed by officials that Austin Sigg may have other child victims out there. Does this mean he's a serial predator? If so, was Jessica his first victim or could there be other missing, murdered children that have not been discovered as his doing?

Police in Colorado are investigating any possible connections between Sigg and at least two cases of child enticement. That means that the children weren't abducted, but were harassed by an unknown male in the area—and police believe Austin might be that male. There is a police sketch of the suspect in the child enticement cases, and officers admit that the sketch and Jessica's alleged killer don't look 100% alike. Still, it's a better shot than none, to find out if he's the one who did it. He confessed to killing and dismembering Jessica Ridgeway, so perhaps he'd admit to other crimes he's committed.
The act of murdering and dismembering a child is one that reeks of "serial killer." And if he isn't one already, the suspect is certainly showing the signs of becoming one in the future. The fact that he's being tied to attacks on adult women as well as cases of child enticement on top of the one he's currently charged for, then it'd be harder to believe that he isn't a serial predator.
