Hurricane Sandy left Zone A in NYC underwater and definitely left her mark on the Northeast. Amid all the breathtaking photos coming out of the storm, there are also some interesting ones -- like those showing a shark swimming in New Jersey streets and a seal (who looks traumatized) lying on the street in NYC.
"A wide-eyed seal appears in Manhattan," said Twitter user Miles Maker.
Neither of those photos can be confirmed to be real (most likely they're not as the're just too weird), but if they are then Sandy will be remembered for more than just her path of devastation.

The images appearing on social media and going viral are unbelievable. Some of New York and New Jersey looks like a war zone and it will surely be worse once day breaks in a few hours.
Flooding, extreme wind damage, fires and power outages are only a few of the problems facing New Yorkers and others on the East Coast tonight.
There are reports of a fire at Coney Island hospital that remain unconfirmed and other reports of evacuations at NYU Hospital, which have been taking place for a couple of hours now.
Whether you're on the East Coast or not, you've got to admit that all the hype preceding Hurricane Sandy, all the warnings and excessive coverage, were nothing compared to the actual storm. It was more like a disaster movie than an actual real-life event.
Were you affected by Hurricane Sandy? Were you in Zone A and did you evacuate?

I just posted a photo blog of the storm. It gives a pretty good idea as to the massive flooding that took place...
Just wanting to spread the word that this photo is not a result of Hurricane Sandy, and that some people should think twice before stealing a picture and trying to pass it off as their own.
It didn't get as bad here as they said it would. We made it through with no problem.
The twitter person who posted this photo I guess just really wanted attention.
