A Breaking Dawn: Part 2 screening nearly ended in a mass shooting similar to the Aurora, Colorado, Dark Knight Rises tragedy. Fortunately, between an observant mother and quick police work, Blaec Lammers' plan to open fire in a theater was thwarted.
According to police, Blaec's mother called to warn them of her son's odd behavior. Apparently, he purchased two guns, similar to those used in the shooting spree that cost 12 people their lives. The Bolivar Police Department acted on the tip and pulled the suspect in for questioning. Blaec admitted he had planned to take his two new guns to a Sunday showing of the film where he planned on reenacting the horrifying scene that took place back in July.
Apparently, the 20-year-old felt he was a lot like other shooters who have open fired on the unsuspecting public. What is even more shocking is the fact the man put so much thought into taking the lives of innocent people and actually practiced shooting on Tuesday! Thank goodness this mother did the right thing and told the police. Mothers want to protect their children, but in this case, it was the public that needed protecting.
In a police statement, they reveal even more shocking news, "He decided that he would go and shoot people at Walmart in Bolivar." In fact, he had it all planned out. The following is an excerpt from the police statement:
"Blaec Lammers stated that he would walk into the store and just start shooting people at random and if he ran out of ammunition . . . he would just break the glass where the ammunition is stored and get some more and keep on shooting until police arrived. Blaec Lammers then stated that he would then turn himself into police when they arrived."
It is absolutely terrifying to think of somebody walking into a crowded place packed with young people and opening fire. Why would anybody want to do such a thing? Will security and metal detectors become necessary at movie theaters? Will this revelation stop you from going to a Breaking Dawn: Part 2 showing?

There are a couple of errors with the title, which will be fixed soon.
Secondly, I forgot to mention Blaec's fate. He is currently being held on $500,000 bond and charged with First-degree assault, making a terroristic threat and armed criminal action.
