A police officer in Jacksonville, Florida has quit his job after making a comment that he would volunteer if an order ever came down the line to assassinate President Barack Obama. The 57-year-old Florida cop told colleagues that if an order to kill Obama ever came in, that he "wouldn't mind being the guy." This is extremely disturbing news, that someone who is sworn to uphold and protect the laws would make such a comment, even if he intended it in jest or even if he despises Obama, which he apparently does.
After all, who wouldn't despise President Obama. He keeps working against the Republicans to make this country better, making sure that everyone gets insured so that they can get the proper medical care that they need and that they don't get dropped because they get too sick. Meanwhile, Michelle Obama now that the campaign is over, is right back on her previous circuit, including a recent appearance on the Nate Berkus Show, trying to get Americans to eat better and exercise and eliminate obesity in both children and adults. These two are certainly working hard to destroy this country.
The officer is now under investigation by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Integrity Unit. He apparently also told them that he wouldn't mind if a nuclear disaster killed everyone in the Northeast United States because of their support for Obama.
