Kelly Armstrong's body still hasn't been located even though Travis Funke confessed to killing her back in 2011. The missing Kokomo woman's father is offering a $5,000 reward in hopes of either finding her body or obtaining credible information that leads to the discovery of her remains. David Armstrong wants to bring his daughter home and lay her to rest so all of her loved ones can finally have closure in an ordeal that's lasted for far too long.

Travis Funke, the missing woman's boyfriend, admitted to killing her and putting her body in a trash bin. However several attempts at locating her body have been unsuccessful. Furthermore, there doesn't appear to be much evidence of the confession Travis Funke made in the first place -- as far as disposal of her remains anyway.
