Being a parent is a tough job. It's difficult to know when and how to discipline, especially when taking on that role for someone else. However, this guy, Stetson G. Tedder, has gotten it all wrong.
Tedder, 26, was released on bail, after being arrested and booked on Thursday for second-degree assault on a child and unlawful imprisonment in Snohomish County, Washington. He stands accused of hogtying his 4-year-old stepdaughter with duct tape and shooting her over 36 times with an Airsoft pellet rifle. Contrary to the name, those pellets are not soft, in fact they hurt like hell. What was this man's reason for inflicting such heinous pain on such a tiny child? She woke him up too early. Welcome to the wonderful world of parenting, buddy!
To make this already horrible matter worse, rather than protecting her tiny child, the mother left the home, not wanting to hear the little girl crying. Well, that's just great, lady. Instead of telling the SOB to not shoot at your kid, you just leave to allow him to do it? As it seems, this is not the first time this man has mistreated this little girl, using the duct tape or zip ties to tie her and her sister up on repeated occasions, and at least once making her pick up her messy room with her teeth.
What is wrong with these people? These little girls are lucky to have been taken into protective custody for right now. Clearly the two adults in her life are not able to appropriately care for them. Just for the record, there is a plethora of more acceptable ways to discipline children, like time outs, and even spankings. Shooting a child as a form of punishment is horrible. Stetson Tedder should be ashamed and, hopefully, he is punished to the full extent of the law.

Hopefully, that would include giving him a jar of Vaseline and put him in general population in prison.
It's not for his benefit... it would help him attract dates. Sort of like a Ferrari!
We also have Mothers who are Idiots, in this case we have an unidentified mother who is not only an Idiot, but more so, an Idiot who is a Despicably Nauseating Criminal. One who needs to loose custody of her child forever and to be sentenced to serve a long term of incarceration in a penitentiary where the inmates are known to hate those who hurt or allow others to hurt children.
