John Miller, former Assistant Director to the FBI and CBS News correspondent spoke with CBS News and updated this aspect of the developing news story. He explained that a witness saw a man acting suspiciously and tackled him. The man was running away from one of the devices and had burns on his body from the explosion. Miller stated that "this person was pretty close to wherever this blast went off, but not so close as to suffer the serious injuries that other people did."
Miller stressed that "the person in custody is not charged and not under arrest." He is reportedly cooperative and "denying involvement." If this individual had something to do with this cowardly terrorist act (and even if the Saudi National is completely innocent), the person who tackled him showed remarkable courage and is a true hero.
