The father of the Boston bombing brothers, says that if his younger son is killed in a shootout, then the police are part of a conspiracy.
"If they kill my second child, I will know that it is an inside job, a hit job. The police are to blame. Someone, some organization is out to get them," said Anzor Tsarnaev, father of Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the Cambridge siblings accused of carrying out the Monday attacks.
Look, this man has just lost one of his children, so in all likelihood, he is just trying to save his younger son's life. But, if the 19-year-old Dzhokhar also dies, it would indeed ignite a firestorm of conspiracy theories, especially across the Middle East, where the United States is already held in extremely low regard.
Hopefully, the FBI and Boston police are able to take this kid into custody alive, and allow the legal system to work. That way, the public can learn the full story about what happened during the Boston Marathon Monday, particularly whether there are links between the brothers and terrorist networks. Anzor Tsarnaev was interviewed from his home in Russia, and urged Dzhokhar to surrender without any more violence.
